# Liberação da programação financeira para fontes de arrecadação própria

No início de cada exercício financeiro são liberadas cotas de programação financeira para os órgãos nessas Fontes conforme valores determinados pelo Governador do Estado e publicados no Decreto de Programação Financeira. Liberações adicionais estão condicionadas à existência de disponibilidade financeira suficiente e devem ser autorizadas pelo(a) Secretário(a) da Fazenda.
